The final preparations for the fourth year of the Flood lit Winter cyclo cross series at super marine rugby ground in swindon are now in place! We are delighted to announce the return of race series partner Cycling Holidays Spain and a new title sponsor for 2013 Banjo Cycles.

The Flood lit Winter cyclo cross series starts on 12th September and finishes on 5th October with all five rounds counting towards winning the overall prize of a free training camp with Cycling Holidays Spain.

The battle for the series win is to be expected to be as fierce as last year as we can recommend winning the overall prize will be well worth the effort, as when we were with Cycling Holidays Spain in 2012 the riders got to train with Astana and also see Saxo Bank carryout training sessions on the same roads.

This year there will not be a prize presentation after the evening rounds as all prizes shall be presented at one prize presentation on the 5th October 2013. So if you place in the top three or are the 1st placed Women, Veteran or Junior rider in any of the night events make sure you come along on the 5th October to claim your prize!

Pre entry shall be via the online service using British cycling’s website so if your planning to ride the events then enter today to avoid disappointment.

Dates for the rounds are as follows for 2013

  • Rnd 1 12th September Supermarine Rugby Club
  • Rnd 2 19th September Supermarine Rugby Club
  • Rnd 3 26th October Supermarine Rugby Club
  • Rnd 4 3rd October Supermarine Rugby Club
